Voluntary contribution terms

Payment availability. The contribution has been published, but the public checkout is temporarily unavailable while WooCommerce remains in coming-soon mode. A successful payment and settlement have not yet been verified. A pending payment is not a confirmed receipt of funds.

1. Operator and assistance

Daniel Balan — Daniel Vision Lab, VAT number IT04362281208, Bologna, Italy. For information, errors or contribution enquiries, contact danielvisionlab@gmail.com. For payments, also check the beneficiary and contact details shown at checkout.

2. Voluntary choice and amount

The module provides for a single contribution of EUR 1.50 to support Daniel Vision Lab’s articles, interviews, photography and creative projects. Contributing is optional and content remains free. No goods, services, exclusive content or other benefits are offered in exchange, and no editorial or ownership rights in projects are granted.

Each contribution requires a separate authorisation. There is no subscription or automatic recurring charge. The configured amount is EUR 1.50, not an open amount. Availability depends on checkout and provider rules.

3. Checkout and payment

When available, the support button opens the website’s WooCommerce checkout for a single EUR 1.50 contribution, processed through the Revolut gateway. No physical item, delivery or download is provided. Check the beneficiary, amount, currency and methods actually offered before authorising payment. Starting checkout does not confirm payment or settlement.

WooCommerce stores order and payment-status records; the Revolut gateway exchanges the information required to process the payment. The separate DVL Studio Manager ledger is populated manually from documents and is not a real-time account statement. The website does not receive full card numbers or card security codes through the support box. Fees, acceptance, refunds and settlement depend on the payment service and applicable conditions.

4. Errors, assistance, refunds and disputes

To report an error or request a refund, email the contact above with the transaction reference, date, amount and reason. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full card numbers or security codes. An intentionally repeated payment differs from a technical duplicate; the circumstances must be checked against the available records.

Requests will be assessed according to the facts, payment service and applicable mandatory rights. Refunds are not excluded absolutely and rights against payment providers or competent authorities are not restricted. Sending a request does not automatically execute a refund. The status of a request and applicable instructions are communicated through assistance; this page does not promise automatic refunds or settlement times.

5. Tax classification and documentation

Contributions are not described as charitable fundraising or tax-deductible donations. Their classification and any documentation, accounting, VAT and reporting obligations are handled by the operator according to the actual nature of the receipt and applicable law, including payments originating abroad; the specific tax classification remains to be completed. This page and any Revolut authorisations do not constitute tax certifications.

6. Privacy

Daniel Vision Lab’s processing is described in the Privacy Policy, section 23. For the external service, consult the Revolut privacy notice and any service-specific notices shown at checkout. Publishing these terms does not attest completion of checks on contractual entities and roles, transfers or implementation of retention rules.

7. International scope and changes

Publishing this page in Italian and English does not mean the service is offered or verified in every jurisdiction. Access to payments is subject to provider conditions and applicable law. Nothing in these terms restricts any mandatory rights the user may have. Changes will be dated and relevant information must be available before any payment.
