Voluntary contribution terms
Service not yet active. The public contribution module is disabled. This page describes the prepared configuration and does not allow payments. Revolut contractual checks, tax assessment, data-retention rules and the markets actually served must be verified before activation. These terms will be updated where necessary before launch.
1. Operator and assistance
Daniel Balan — Daniel Vision Lab, VAT number IT04362281208, Bologna, Italy. For information, errors or contribution enquiries, contact danielvisionlab@gmail.com. These are the professional details currently published on the website; any further mandatory details will be completed and checkout contact details aligned before activation.
2. Voluntary choice and amount
The prepared configuration provides for a single contribution of EUR 1.50 to support Daniel Vision Lab’s articles, interviews, photography and creative projects. Contributing is optional and content remains free. No goods, services, exclusive content or other benefits are offered in exchange, and no editorial or ownership rights in projects are granted.
This is not a subscription and there are no automatic recurring charges. Reusing a link would initiate a new, separate payment requiring a fresh authorisation each time, subject to Revolut limits and availability. This module does not offer a freely selectable amount.
3. External payment
When the service is activated, the button will direct users to a Revolut-hosted external payment page. Check the beneficiary, amount, currency and checkout information before authorising a payment. Opening a link is not a payment. Available methods depend on the checkout, device, country and provider rules; every method and access from every country are not guaranteed.
Any fees charged by your own intermediary or currency conversions depend on the service used; check the information provided before confirmation. The plugin does not hold funds, execute transfers or refunds, collect full card numbers or security codes, or automatically confirm settlement. Its ledger is populated manually from documents, without Revolut synchronisation.
4. Errors, assistance, refunds and disputes
To report an error or request a refund, email the contact above with the transaction reference, date, amount and reason. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full card numbers or security codes. An intentionally repeated payment differs from a technical duplicate; the circumstances must be checked against the available records.
Requests will be assessed according to the facts, payment service and applicable mandatory rights. Refunds are not excluded absolutely and rights against payment providers or competent authorities are not restricted. Sending a request does not automatically execute a refund. Operational procedures and response times will be specified before activation; rules still awaiting verification are not presented as settled.
5. Tax classification and documentation
Contributions are not described as charitable fundraising or tax-deductible donations. Their classification and any documentation, accounting, VAT and reporting obligations must be assessed before activation, including payments originating abroad. This page and any Revolut authorisations do not constitute tax certifications.
6. Privacy
Daniel Vision Lab’s processing is described in the Privacy Policy, section 23. For the external service, consult the Revolut privacy notice and any service-specific notices shown at checkout. Contractual entities and roles, transfers and retention rules remain to be verified before launch.
7. International scope and changes
Publishing this page in Italian and English does not mean the service is offered or verified in every jurisdiction. Access to payments will be subject to provider conditions and applicable law. Nothing in these terms restricts any mandatory rights the user may have. Changes will be dated and relevant information must be available before any payment.
